Policies

We require the use of an outer container made of concrete or steel for all interments over three feet deep. This policy excludes infants and special cases as determined by the Board of Directors.

Double-depth burials (one on top of the other) in the older section are permitted in one full body grave.  Initial grave opening and closing for double-depth burial (for previously purchased lots only) is $2,500.

Two cremains are permitted in one full body grave and one full 6 ft. long grave (older section).

​

Three to Four cremains are permitted in one full body grave and one full 6 ft. long grave (newer, west section between the chapel and 4th Street).

Lots run toward East Street from markers.  Headstones must be on concrete bases installed on West side of lot (house side) and facing toward East Street.  Lot numbers are located on each metal lot marker.

We do not allow installment payments.  We do not make pre-need sales for any items (monuments, vaults, etc.)  Deed certificates are mailed following purchase and full payment.
